The short version

FastHan does not collect your files, your personal data, or your browsing history. Every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server, never stored, and never shared with anyone — because they never leave your device in the first place.

Files you process

When you use a tool — merging PDFs, compressing an image, removing a background — the file is read into your browser tab memory and processed there by JavaScript. No file data is sent to our servers or to any third party. Closing the tab deletes everything. We keep no copies, because we never receive your files.

What we collect

We do not operate an account system, so we do not collect names, email addresses, or passwords. We do not run analytics that track individual visitors. Server logs for the website itself may record the standard technical information that any web server records (such as the page requested, the time, and a truncated IP address used only for security and abuse prevention), and those logs are not used to identify you or to build a profile.

Cookies

FastHan itself does not set tracking cookies. If advertising is shown on the site, the advertising provider (Google AdSense) may use cookies to serve ads and to measure their performance. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your Google Ads settings.

Third-party services

The tools on this site do not send your files to any third-party service. All libraries used by the tools are served from this site. The background-removal tool downloads an AI model file (about 44 MB for the General model, about 6 MB for the People model) to your browser on first use; that file is cached locally and your photos are still processed on your device.

Children

This site is a general-purpose tool site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, because we do not collect personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be noted here.
